By far the most common reason us humans give for not doing something is ‘a lack of time’.
“I’m too busy” or “I’ve got a lot on” we might say.
Particularly with our efforts to lose weight, get fit, etc.
And I get that.
We are busy.
Probably busier than any point in history.
But an interesting question we can ask of ourselves is what happens when we’re not so busy.
Whilst I’m sure we all had a lot on over Christmas………
We probably also had periods of not much going on.
If we used some of that time to exercise, plan, food prep, etc then that’s great.
If we didn’t, then that’s understandable.
But, if that’s the case, then maybe being “too busy” the rest of the time isn’t the entirety of the story?
Much love,
