Go on, you know the answer, don’t you?

A newspaper.

Or a sun burnt penguin if we’re being smart 😉

An old kids joke (although it doesn’t work as well written down).

As is “What’s always coming but never arrives?”

The answer being “Tomorrow”.

Tomorrow is the day most changes are planned for.

Diets, going back the gym, etc.

But, as the joke says, tomorrow never arrives.

It’s easy to keep putting things off till tomorrow.

We know because we’re as guilty as anyone of that.

It’s human nature to think that things will be a bit easier to do at some point in the future.

“When things have settled down” or “After I’ve gotten XYZ out of the way”.

But, we all know, there is no better time.

The stars will never align.

Things will never be “quite right”.

There is no “better time”.

Tomorrow will never come.

All we have in life is the here and now.

The second we are currently in.

The past and future don’t exist.

And the more time we spend in them the less we are in the present.

All we can do is make the most of the present.

Make each choice we make one that will serve us well.

And, over time, all those little decisions add up.

And can take us where we want to go 🙂

Much love,

Jon ‘Knock knock. Who’s there? Interrupting cow’ Hall and Matt ‘Interrupting Co… Moooo!!!’ Nicholson
