Do you know what is the perfect amount of exercise to do is?

It’s not a specific amount of time.

Or sets.

Or reps.

It’s the amount…….

That makes you want to exercise again.

It’s not too little.

So you don’t want to do it again as it doesn’t feel like it will do anything.

It’s not too much.

So you don’t want to do it again as it hurts too much.

It’s that middle bit.

That sweet spot.

It’s doing ‘something’ but it’s doesn’t hurt like hell.

Not too little.

Not too much.
