If you have kids, you’ll know the pain of them eternally losing there stuff.
If you don’t, I’m sure you can imagine.
“Where’s my XYZ?” they’ll ask.
Despite them being the last one to have it, sometimes only minutes ago.
“I dunno. Where did you leave it?” I’ll often reply.
Or “Where did you last see it?” if I’m feeling a little bit more patient.
Because more often than not, it’s where they last saw it.
They’ve just forgotten where that was.
Or not even given that much thought.
It’s a bit like “motivation”.
It’s tempting to sit at home waiting for it to come and find us.
And it may do.
One day.
But it’ll probably take a while.
So, it makes sense to look where we last saw it.
If you’re a member at RISE and haven’t been coming as much recently, then have a quick think.
Where was the last place you felt motivated?
Probably when you were down here.
You last saw your motivation at RISE.
It’s still here waiting for you.
You might not find it on your first session back.
But I can promise you one thing.
You’ll find it quicker by looking where you last saw it then by waiting for it to come to you.
And, if you haven’t found it before, on long enough basis, this could be the first step and next Tuesday is your last chance for another month to find out more and, maybe, apply for a place on the programme – – > myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting.
