💡💡💡

Have you ever used the ‘recommendations’ feature on Facebook?

You, know, to ask your network about, let’s say, brick layers in Macclesfield.

Other services and locations are, of course, available.

I often see people say that they’re looking for a “good, but cheap XYZ”.

And think that those two things are probably not likely to go all that well together.

Or, if they are, they’ll be something missing.

There are three main considerations in any purchase or service.

Quality
Speed
Cost

Ideally, we’d like;

Good
Fast
Cheap

But we can’t have all three.

Two is the usual limit.

We can have good and cheap sometimes.

But it’ll probably be really slow.

Fast and cheap is more than catered for.

I doubt it’ll be all that good though.

Or we can have good and fast.

But it won’t be cheap.

We can lose significant weight and get considerably fitter by ourselves for free.

Eating less and going running regularly.

Works for some.

Not for most.

Or we can pay a pound or so a day for a budget gym.

And be left to our own devices.

Just renting access to equipment.

We’re renowned for our results.

400+ verified before and afters (and that’s only those that have a noticeable physical change).

And for the speed of those results.

Many having lost 20lbs in 8 weeks, whilst forming lasting healthy habits.

But, yeah, it’s not cheap.

I genuinely believe it’s amazing value for the service and results people get.

But I long ago stopped trying to convince people of that.

We’re all faced with a choice with most of our investments.

Good
Fast
Cheap

And it’s up to us which two we choose.

Much love,
