No one is motivated to exercise [Including us]

If you’ve read these blogs before you’ll realise that we recommend tracking food intake for a few days to get clear on what changes we could make to help us eat “better”.

We also sometimes help members with their use of time when they’re struggling to get their workouts in and / or make better food choices.

After all, every single one of us has 10,080 minutes per week.

It’s how we use them that’s key.

Looking at our schedule, and how we plan our use of time, can help us use that time that little bit more effectively to fit those things in that we’ve, perhaps, struggled with.

It’s not uncommon to hear “I don’t really have a schedule”.

Or “I just know what I’m doing. It’s in my head”.

Or “I don’t like the idea of planning.

As well as “I don’t like the idea of tracking my food. It seems a faff”.

We get that.

That feeling that we don’t want a schedule or a tracker.

But the thing is…………

We already have them.

We just, perhaps, don’t realise.

Our body tracks our calories in and out.

Stores any surplus in body fat.

‘Withdraws’ when we’re in a deficit.

And we always have a schedule.

But, if we’re not consciously filling it…………

Somebody else probably is.

Everyone else’s ‘stuff’ taking up more of our time than it has to.

———– BTW the best use of half an hour you, or a friend, could possibly have this month is our find out more meeting. Step one of what many have called “one of the best decisions I’ve ever made” –> myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting ———-

Our own use of our time not being efficient or effective as it could be.

Whilst it’s tempting to think we don’t need and / or want to track our food and have a schedule………..

It’s worth remembering that………..

You already have them, you just don’t realise.

Much love,
