I was having a little chatsky with a ninja t’other day.

He kept saying hat he’d always been fat.

I had to stop him.

And tell him that it might be true that he’s always had more fat on his body than he’d like……

But that he wasn’t his fat.

Fat, like money, is simply something we have a certain amount of.

That amount will probably vary over the course of a lifetime.

But we are not defined by either.

What we are is the sum of our personal qualities.

Our personality, our kindness, our sense of humour, our relationships with others.

Just as someone shouldn’t be defined by their age, sexuality, hair colour, etc …..

They shouldn’t be defined by the amount of fat they have on their body.

Remember – you are not fat.

You are you!

And you’re the best possible you that you can be.

Much love,

Jon ‘Used to have a lot more fat’ Hall and Matt ‘Me too’ Nicholson

P.S. Remember, if you (or a friend) want to find out how help people loose the extra fat they have, it’s the find-out-more briefing meeting next Tuesday – check it out at myrise.co.uk/briefing-meeting.
