Another conversation I had at Coaching Day on Monday was with regards to holidays.
And the potential for gaining weight whilst on them.
“You can’t stick to a diet when you’re away” one person said.
“Then maybe don’t ‘be on a diet’?” I replied.
“Could you just have maintenance or deficit calories while you’re away?”
“Well, yeah. I suppose” they replied.
As always, there’s no right or wrong.
If “being on or off a diet” works as an approach for someone, then that’s cool.
From my experience though……….
