When was the last time you took a test?

At school, college or university perhaps?

Learning to drive?

A fun one on Facebook?

I’d wager that’s not the case.

Because we all face tests on a regular basis.

Tests of our self control.

Tests of our ability to handle stress, frustration and challenge.

Tests of our physical capacity.

And many more.

We are tested everyday.

We just don’t always realise it.

Or know when they’re coming like we used to at school.

But the good news is that, just like we used to, we can prep for these tests.

Get better.

These tests will come at some point.

Our ability to make the food, exercise and lifestyle choices that benefit us will be tested.

When we think about it, we’ll actually know when some tests are due.

They’re the same time, place and / or situation every day or week.

Some may be a surprise.

But we can prep for both.

Anticipate them.

Be ready.

And always remember that every time we “pass” a test, it’ll be a little easier next time ๐Ÿ™‚

Much love,
